Float Glass
Float Glass is normal anneded glass either clear or coloured. In the eyes of the average person, this product does not differ much in appearance when compared to tempered glass. |
Tempered Glass
This is a safety glass. It is four to five times tougher than float glass. When shattered, tempered glass breaks into small oval-shaped pebbles and do not have sharp edges that could cut.
Tempered glass is manufactured through a process of extreme heating and rapid cooling, making it harder than normal glass.
The thermal process that is used to treat tempered glass also makes it heat resistant. It also has higher bonding strength and is thus more resistant to impact. |

Heat Soaking
This glass potentially reduces the risk of spontaneous breakage from nickel sulfide inclusions in tempered safety glass. |
Laminated Glass
Enhanced safety is the key. Laminated glass consists of a combination of two or more sheets of glass with one or more plastic interlayer. Upon impact, it cracks but however, it adheres to the safety interlayer and does not fall freely as pieces that may cause injury. There is design flexibility and has high performance durability. It is also multi-functional at the same time preserves the inherent aesthetic appeal of glass. It can also be made to incorporate features that are weather-proof, dust-free and sound proof.
Common applications include roofting, bathing or shower enclosures, walls and wall coverings and more. |

Bullet Resistant Safety Glass
Product Description
Aijaya Bullet Resistant Safety Glass range is designed to stop bullets and prevent spalling on the opposite side of the impact, while maintaining complete visibility and light transmission.
Aijaya Bullet Resistant Safety Glass is a high-quality composite that combines the properties of DuPont SentryGlasR Plus and SpallshieldR with the abrasion resistance of glass. These laminated glass vary in thickness and composition according to the type of weapon and ammunition protected against, and the degree of protection required. |
Product Features
Non-Spalling |
The SpallshieldR at the back face of the panel will provide anti-spalling protection. |
Anti-Lacerative |
Due to SpallshieldR, a person impacting the glass on the protected side will not be lacerated by broken glass. |
UV Protection |
Nearly all the sun’s damaging UV rays will be filtered out by the panel, thus providing protection against discolouration and damage to fabrics, furniture, wall coverings, furnishing, artworks, etc |

Curve Glass
Large expanse of curve glass has become an essential structure of buildings and has been widely researched and developed in recent times. It stimulates creativity for aesthetic purposes and is at the same time known for lesser distortions as compared to tempered curve glass.
It is used for both exterior and interior adornments such windows, doors, stair balustrades, facades such as for shop fronts, as partitions, shower screens, display cases and food display units, wall paneling and more. It has all the outstanding features mentioned earlier. |
Formed Glass
Revolutionary, and designed for play in visual appeal. Opacity and translucence can be manipulated through varying depths of light to provide different decorative effects. Also known as Textured Glass which is developed by pressing semi-molten glass between two metal rollers to imprint distinctive patterns of choice. The texture diffuses light in different ways that allow for conceptual freedom and design, providing solutions for every style whether traditional or modern.
It is prefect for furniture, shower enclosures, decorative wall features and more. With the option of lamination, the textured glass become a safety glass that when broken reduces the risk of injury. It may also come in different colours. |

Art Glass
As the name denotes, art glass is glass that are made for decorative or artistic purposes. It involves highly specialized techniques of inserting inlays of a choice of fabrics with different motifs, textures or coltours or simply very thin aluminium foils for the ultra-modern look. This allows for a play of either opaque or translucency of glass.
Art glass has more recently become a popular feature of state-of-the Art Lifestyle Homes, Boutique Hotel, Retail Gallery or Décor Offices. |
